Shopping experience: Not good. Waited weeks for a back order to be filled, okay I can deal with that but no communication until I inquired into what was taken so long... said it would ship 3-5 days, but I waited... then I cancelled the back ordered parts and said ship to me please. Customer service rep apologized for the extreme delay and assured me he would take it directly to the parts department and have it shipped and I would receive following day!! Awesome!! Unfortunately he didn’t explain that it would be at my cost!! :( FedEx phones 2 hours later and basically holds the order ransom until I pay... I thought at least they either tell me it was gonna cost me to expedite, or pay for the delay of the order (5 weeks) with paying the shipping or offer me the option to get it shipped regular.. anyway, live and learn.
