Shopping experience: Multiple items were said to be in stock. It took weeks to discover my order was being held up. I had that item removed and was reassured the others were in stock. It took another week to find out a second item was not in stock. Again I was assured everything else would ship. When my shipment arrived, it was missing an item. I called again and told it would ship out immediately. I requested a call back if it didn't ship. The next day I was called to be told that item was also not in the warehouse. Crowley doesn't even reasonably tract their own stock and now I'm significantly behind in repairs and missed multiple fishing opportunities for this year.
