Shopping experience: This reply has to do with a different order placed last July #462405. I just installed the handle and realized that the part that was sent to me was not the part ordered. I did talk with your support person (Joseph) he verified the error the picture of the correct part that I ordered had the screw holes for mounting the tilt and trim switch, the one I received did not. I have to instal the part you sent so I can use the motor as my season begins in a few weeks so even though I ordered another part I will incur the cost of having holes drilled in the handle I recieved plus shipping on the new part, plus there is a 3-4 week wait for part. "VERY FRUSTRATING" I have been satisfied with the service from you on previous orders and have recommended you, do to the above issue I have not install the shifter handle that I just received but assume it will be fine.
