Engine: Yamaha 115HP Saltwater Series 2 Stroke Shopping experience: Ordering process and after sale communications first class! I had a shipment issues and it was resolved with very little effort. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Engine would run on fast idle only. At idle it would stop. Removed the engine cover and pumped the fuel bulb. I could hear air hissing around the fuel filter. I replaced the fuel filter, canister and o-ring gasket. Problem solved!!!

Non-engine specific parts not in schematics, hard to find i.e. correct paint color, fuel tank hoses/fittings, but their help service is prompt to respond and helpful. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Replacing 1996 Yamaha engine with a 2000 Fuel delivery:replaced anti-siphon valve at tank, hoses, primer bulb, fuel filter and hose at engine. Tilt and trim: replace non working power tilt electric motor. Lower unit: impeller, upper carrier bearing, shift compartment - replaced impeller, o-rings, seals. Replace lower unit gear oil. Painted lower unit. Misc: top cowling cover - removed old decals, patched, sanded painted, installed new decals. Replaced missing flywheel cover.
