Everything up to post-purchase was flawless. After the payment was made, the items sat in my cart for 2 days, and the order wasn't processed. I almost paid double, but checked my account first and saw that the transaction had indeed gone through. This also happened on my last order. When a purchase is made, the items aren't clearing from the shopping cart. I spoke to a representative who is aware of this issue, as others have double paid. This should be escalated and addressed ASAP. Making mistakes with people's money is a sure-fire way to lose customers.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS POINT OF VIEW. I CAN NOT ORDER PARTS FROM HERE ONLINE. BAD! Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: CRACKED PART I NEEDED SMALL COVERS TO REPLACE ON THE LOWER ENGINE. EASY TO DO AND EASY TO FIND ON CROWLEY WEBSIGHT. HOWEVER I WAS UNABLE TO ORDER ONLINE BECAUSE THEIR WEBSIGHT WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY EMAIL WITHOUT SIGNING IN AND WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SIGN IN. I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOTHING CHANGED. I GUESS I AM DONE HERE AND WILL PURCHASE ELSEWHERE ONLINE. GOOD WEBSIGHT BUT NOT SO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
