First Crowlwey told me that are waitng for ten articles to complete the order and then ship in one package. I received a unexpected box with 3 gaskets that DIDN'T BELONG TO THE ORDER. After claims were found and shipped the 10 articles that were waiting for. Crowley maitained the the point that the 3 gaskets were the 20 articles missing, but never explained why shipped splitted in two shippins when the agreement was one and where are my 20 lost articles and my money.
