Shopping experience: Ordered on July 16 was told " We just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know that one or more items on your order #265061 are non-stocked, and will need to be ordered in from the manufacturer before the entire order can be completed. This typically takes around 3-5 business days, and then the whole order will be shipped out together via the shipping method chosen at checkout." Received the order on Oct 13 with the notice that one part was NLA . So I ended up with $47.52 of delivered parts I could not use with out the NLA part . So after waiting 3 months I find I still could not make the repair . Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: Not the best experience. It would’ve been better if they would’ve just told me the truth about what was actually on hand and when it would be shipped out. After 12 days I was told one piece hadn’t come in yet so I had them refund for that piece and was told the rest of the order would be shipped out asap.
