Engine: Yamaha outboard Shopping experience: Horrible experience since original order placed early spring in May. Sill have not received all parts ordered. Was told some would be late and I called in June was was told” oh the parts are now available at Yamaha so we will order them. Had I not called they would still be on hold. Called again yesterday and again told they had still not received despite being told over two weeks ago o would have all parts. Emailed warehouse Manager as well as requested a call back from management, zero response. Will never order again. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Carb rebuild If I had parts , we would have not lost the whole summer waiting
