Shopping experience: One of three items was not in stock, Crowley's statement that item would ship in 3 to 5 days was not realistic. After 3 weeks of no communication from Crowley, I phoned and cancelled the backordered item so that I could get my customer's outboard back in operation. I was able to obtain the backordered part from another source. Only complaint is Crowley's lack of communication on when the backordered part delivery could be expected. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
