Was told some would be late and I called in June was was told” oh the parts are now available at Yamaha so we will order them. Had I not called they would still be on hold. Called again yesterday and again told they had still not received despite being told over two weeks ago o would have all parts. Emailed warehouse Manager as well as requested a call back from management, zero response. Will never order again. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Carb rebuild If I had parts , we would have not lost the whole summer waiting

Engine: Yamaha 9.9 Shopping experience: Orders stated ships in 1 ton2 days or 3 to 5 days. Took weeks to get my orders. 2 weeks later I recieved email stating item delayed. I placed my order with the expectation of quick delivery. Will order elsewhere. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: Refresh motor Needed parts to refresh motor.
