ive purchased in the past with satisfaction so ill give 3 stars but the recent transaction really doesnt deserve that i spent time describing where on the powerhead the part was located and what it was for ie the oil injection system 1 the rep should have known and told me that there is an oil system schematic on the site. That would have saved time and errors, i found this later on 2. how i got the parts i got when we were speaking about the power head I will never be able to reconcile in my mind 3 that rep has moved me from a person who thought crowley as first option to a person who now thinks avoid those reps if i can check other options

Poor. Crowley was never able to ship the part that they sold me and, for months, let me believe they would get it in.
