Shopping experience: Bad. Granted, I ordered from another website and they passed it off onto these guys to fulfill. This Crowley place was out of stock with a very common part that I could have gotten from other vendors or even other manufacturers. A week after ordering, but not receiving an email with shipping information, I requested the status. They told me “stock had become available” even though their website said ships in 3-5 days, while not lying by saying it was en route. A week after that, I got an email that it was being shipped. I’ll never buy from this store again. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
