Engine: Yamaha FT80 BET Shopping experience: Fantastic online seller. Got all my parts in a faster turn around than I could get through any supplier in Australia. Repair difficulty: lProfessional Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Engine overheating, no water flow through engine Full tear down. Cooling pick up tube was found broken in four pieces. Step 1: Remove leg and lower cowling Step 2: Remove power head (Detach all linkages, water/fuel hoses, wiring) Step 3: Remove oil pump Step 3: Remove bottom cowling Step 4: Remove bracket and bolts holding exhaust and oil pan Step 5: Replace cooling tube and grommet Step 6: Replace crank oil seal Step 7: Replaced oil pan gasket and power head gasket. Step 8: Reassemble
