Shopping experience: Let me say the parts were exactly what I was looking for the issue was with Crowley Marine. Their communication along the process from originally ordering to delivery was absolutely horrid! After waiting almost a month for the parts I ordered (was told at check out I would have them in 3-6 days) and getting no updates at any time stating what was taking so long for my order to arrive I decided to follow up myself with the company. That being said 4 phone calls later much flusteration and getting the run around finally I received my order. All I am saying is this isn't how I do business and will definitely not make the mistake to do business with this company again. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins

Shopping experience: Your communication is poor you did not start responding until I turned to social Media. It’s frustrating when I reach out three times directly with no response and half to pull the I’m going public to get response and any response from you. You responses after a Facebook post improved but by that point we’re they really about customer service or just public damage control?
