I ordered a few items on one order, and when they sent it, one of the items (Oil Pump O-rings, this item we are referring to) was not in the package, but they did send two grommets, which I only ordered one. It took a few days to get Crowley Marine to agree to send these at no charge. This has happened on most orders from Crowley Marine. They have sent two items when I ordered one, and the other orders were several items, but there was one item not in the package. Eventually, Crowley Marine makes it right, but it takes really complaining about it to finally get these issues settled.
