Shopping experience: There were a few parts in my order that were not in stock. I was aware that it would take longer than normal to get everything I needed. I waited a full month and my order still hadn’t shipped. I called and requested they ship the items that were in stock and I located the other parts from another vendor. Crowley never notified me that the fuel pump was not gonna be shipped. It was in stock when I placed the order but, while they were waiting for the back order items, they sold my fuel pump to someone else. I found out about the pump 2 days after everything else shipped and had to locate another pump somewhere else. This NEVER should’ve happened. I paid for the pump while it was “in stock” and it should’ve been placed with my order instead of being sold to someone else. This cost me more time and money. It also caused me to cancel a lake trip with family. Sorry, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
