Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
Engine: Yamaha 115 Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Low rpm at full throttle Blocked injector which needed to be removed and in doing so the o ring was damaged. Cleaned the injector and replaced the o ring to prevent a petrol leak besides the manifold.
Engine: yamaha hpdi 115 hp 4 stroke Shopping experience: Three stars because delivery was very slow some parts were on back order. Every thing else was A ok Repair difficulty: Hard Repair time: More than 4 hours Repair symptoms: fuel leak on hi pressure side remove everything to get injector rail out to replace one damn o ring. watch out for black spacers, about 5 each. working over water a bitch don't drop one.
