Shopping experience: Yamaha lost the entire invoice from this company. They reordered and it took longer to receive the part. It was changed to expidited shipping at no cost but never the less I was disappointed in the time it took for delivery. The company itself was very professional and this error was no fault of theirs. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
