Crowley always keep me updated on when the parts will be shipped and allow me to track the shipment. I would definitely recommend Crowley Marine and I will continue to do business with them. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: More than 4 hours Repair symptoms: Water pump and head gasket. This was my first time doing a head gasket on my outboard and it was challenging taking the engine pretty much completely apart with the exception of the gears. I will have to wait until the spring in order to find out if my repair was a success.

Back order, however I spoke with someone from customer service and they were extremely helpful and gave me an exact date for delivery. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 2 to 4 hours Repair symptoms: Needed a new impeller, gas tank, thermostat and starting cable. I removed the faulty parts by taking down the lower unit, the engine cover and the pull cord housing. I also had to remove the thermostat housing cover to replace the faulty parts.
