Shopping experience: Initial purchase experience was five-star. However using FedEx Parcel Post for a Canadian customer for something out of Newark NJ is sub-par. It was a carburetor gasket for a 4hp motor. USPS gets significantly larger packages to our door in less than one business week from New Hampshire. The estimated up to 20 days but it was 33 days. I'll buy again from Crowley's but shipping need to improve. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins
Engine: Yamaha 4hp Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: Carb was plugged up, would not start Some how during disassemble I lost a small plug that was under the flat plate on the carb. I did not know I'd lost it until I saw it on the expanded carb diagram when I was ordering the float bowl gasket and gasket for the plate. Now everything work's like new
