Shopping experience: Ordered a part I needed ASAP. Paid for Rush Shipping - paid 2X the price of the part! Called in Monday AM when they opened - was assured part would be sent out Monday and I would have it Tuesday! At 4:30 their time still did not see movement on the part, called again their person said 'what are you worried about you'll get the part!' Well guess what, UPS didn't pick up the part till 7:00 at night and it didn't make the flights - didn't get part till Wednesday at 5:00 PM! When I complained - they did refund extra shipping charge - I know UPS would refund them as well. So as far as they are concerned Rush Shipment for them is just business as usual no special attempt to get shipment out earlier in the day! UPS picks up at end of day!
