O-Ring 65L-1416A-00-00

I got the part I ordered and it was fine. However contained within my box was an order for some other guy. It was a sealed bag with an invoice. Some guy from Arizona. I called your company and the guy on the phone was an asshole and refused to even listen to what I was saying. He read off the two orders I made this past month annd talked over me when I was trying to explain I received somone else’s order also and then I said, sir I got someone else’s order also. He hung up on me. I sent the guy in Arizona his order and paid the postage myself. Really turned me off to your company being treated that way I was only trying to help and I was very nice.

Engine: 200 Yamaha HPDI Shopping experience: I’ll not be using Crowley again. I placed an order because I was going to be attempting a repair within a week on my boat. The completed cart said arriving in 3-5 days . The items took over a month. I ended up sourcing the parts locally. I should not have been charged for shipping or return shipping for these items due to the light of time. I will never shop with this company again. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: Low rpm VST service and replacing all fuel filters and gasket o rings

Shopping experience: Very slow processing I purchased with two day delivery. It took 3 weeks and was still charged for the expedited delivery. Please don't blame it on the covid virus.
