Engine: Yamaha 150 Shopping experience: Found parts I needed. Not exact but made minor change to one brush and motor works fine. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: Tilt motor brushes worn out. Had to soldier one brush to holder.

Engine: F150TLR Shopping experience: In the order process, it doesnt indicate if the product is available and sets expectations exceeding what CM can deliver. Once i received the package, the order was incorrect. When i engaged CM in a chat, It was initially said to me "Isn't that what you ordered" No date or confirmation was sent once it was determined that CM had not delivered the correct parts. I still do not know what is the status on the part that was ordered 2 weeks ago, that was initially indicated to be delivered in 3 days. Please don't use the Covid excuse Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: STill unknown as parts were NOT recieved

Engine: 2013 yamaha f150 Shopping experience: Extremely disappointing Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: Less than 30 mins Repair symptoms: leg not triming up We took apart the trim motor and found that the brushes had worn completely out, and were no longer making contact. After ordering the replacement parts, paying with PayPal and having the money withdrawn within moments.....Then waiting several months with no delivery and an e-mail with a "wait longer" response, we took apart a 2007 f90 trim's motor and noticed the parts were similar enough to be used without problem. (just manufactured differently enough that they wouldn't be interchangeable)
