Overall I'm happy with the low cost, low shipping price, and speed of shipping. The website can be difficult to navigate and has bugs. For example I can find a part using the diagrams, but when I have the exact part number it can't always be found in the search window. The search function fails me many times, especially when seaching for words rather than part numbers. When I search for ACC-RNGFR-PL-12 and click on the search result, I only get the 32oz bottle. I have found errors between the part numbers and the photos not matching. Some of the photos of bottles are blurry and some fluids would be nice to have a readable photo of the back of the bottle, like Yamaha Ring-Free ACC-RNGFR-PL-32.

Order was delayed multiple times, called and was told the order would ship the next day & still hadn’t shipped a week later. Cancelled order and only received a partial refund. Had to call 3 times to get a full refund. Ordered same parts from “Partsvu” and received entire order in less than a week.

Terrible customer service and slow order processing. I had to make 3 calls to get my order to ship. Was given two incorrect shipping dates, then I had to threaten to cancel my order to actually get the items to ship.
