Engine: Suzuki 9.9 HP Shopping experience: Very good and parts were sent out at the estimated time frame. They kept me informed when product was shipped and when it arrived. Repair difficulty: Easy Repair time: 1 to 2 hours Repair symptoms: No previous maintenance done and wouldn't start. Did basic replacement of parts for neighbor who was not able to do by himself. Outboard motor runs after sitting idle outside for two years.

Despite the in stock misinformation and unacceptable delay, once Crowley shipped, they used about a 10 day ground service. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
