Engine: Suzuki 70hp 4 stroke Shopping experience: Not a very good experience. Took 84 days from placement of my order to get product to my door. Some of the items on my list were backordered, however that was never conveyed to me until a week after the initial order when I made follow up contact. One would think that the seller would be the one to make that contact, but alas. I was told the parts were three weeks out, however that escalated to six weeks, again without contact from Crowley's- I had to reach out to find the status of the order. Finally they did arrive as they were as ordered- almost three months later, and were quality parts. Repair difficulty: Medium Repair time: 30 to 60 mins Repair symptoms: Voltage from the engine was 20 volts to the battery. Had to replace Rectifier/ Voltage Regulator. To swap the part out was easy- just plug and play. The time and effort went into computer and wire removal to access rectifier location and putting everything back into place.
