Shopping experience: It was terrible. Ordered my part, received confirmation that order will be sent in 3-5 business days. A month later, I wrote and asked what happened to my order and I got a response that you only had one of the parts in stock and you were waiting for it. Since I ordered 2 of the same part, I asked to have what you had in stock sent to me and I will wait for the other one. The response was we can't send it because it will only be a partial order and your options are to cancel the order or wait. Since I already paid for the order from the beginning and I needed the parts, I said that I will wait. A day later, I get a message saying the order was shipped. I had to write back and ask whether it was the whole order. It was like they couldn't care less about my order. The only thing I can say is that they at least responded to my emails albeit delayed.
