Engine: 2007 Suzuki DF300AP Shopping experience: I love Crowley but lately the backorder issue has become a hassle. I recently had to cancel a lot of orders due to waiting over two months for items from Suzuki Marine. I still like you guys but I just couldn't wait any longer when other suppliers were able to deliver the same products you had notified me were back ordered? Repair difficulty: Hard Repair time: More than 4 hours Repair symptoms: Total renovation of this used outboard engine This is a total renovation (one mans junk became my treasure) 1.Complete repaint of engine plus all new factory decals 2.Rebuilt the entire trim and tilt system 3. lower unit, new water pump and gear lube, seals were good 4. New fuel pumps, filters, spark plugs, any hoses needed, trim relay, and zincs. 5. New Suzuki binnacle, NMEA 2000 network, and gauge package Remove old Yamaha SX250 2-stroke and rig the new to me 300hp engine.
